This handmade Valentine's Day card is constructed from multiple layers of quality cards stock and handmade paper. Warm red base card has layers of "Heart Embossed" red paper outlined with silver glitter. White and red hearts are hand cut from handmade paper and topped with a rhinestone heart shaped jewel. Red organza ribbon adds a final touch to this beautifully designed card.
